ARE YOU LOOKING TO SWITCH? CAN YOU KEEP YOUR NUMBER TOO?
Yes, you can keep your number as long as you do not cancel your services with your current provider.
We would also need your Account Number and your cellular phone number in to port your account to Lisims Mobility.
Also, if you are using your own device, just a reminder to make sure you have your device unlocked with your current provider.
ALREADY A ROGERS CUSTOMER?
There is a different process for the customers that are with Rogers already and would like to switch and receive our rates.
You will need to contact Rogers yourself and have them note on the account to give Lisims Communications authorization on the account to port.
Rogers will give you a Transaction ID# which you can email to email@example.com with your account number and cellular phone number.
WILL LISIMS MOBILITY COVER THE BALANCE?
Balances that are with your current provider is due to the contract and new device you have with your provider. Lisims Mobility will not be covering the balance as the device is not ours to own. That will solely be up to the customer to cover. You receive your last invoice with the balance from your provider, that balance does not port to your new account with Lisims Mobility.
